Well if you wait long enough they might smell horrible enough to walk out on their own.

Uh get them out. I had the unfortunate experience of having a large duck egg explode at me......it was rotten and NOT a pretty sight. It was so bad, I gagged and almost threw up. It was on me everywhere. I hosed off every part of me. Then ran in and took a long scrubbing shower, but still could smell it. I am freaking out as I type. I think I can smell it now.....and it was 4 weeks ago. Yuck

Now, I go way over board when getting rid of eggs. Now I add a mask and goggles. Sounds like to much, but when you get rotten egg on your face you tend to get all freaky about it.

Yeah, I had a hen that laid some eggs on the porch and I didn't know - I found them wayyy late, tried to pick them up..... yeahhhhh

The one that was left I took to throw away and you could hear it - like a bomb.

My boyfriend didn't believe that happened. We had two muscovies that laid eggs, and I had him throw one. I was pretty far away and could still hear it. He was just hysterical that it was a bomb.

Oh boy - do I need different entertainment or what?
