missing chicken

my chickens were attacked by my dog today and two of them are injured,delt with them dont think one will make through the night, one is absolutely fine and the other is missing.It has just vanished,any ideas where she could be

She may have run in a panic and hidden under something. If you haven't already, put the dog inside so the coast is clear and bring out her favorite treat. If she could have gotten out of the yard, ask neighbors to check under bushes decks.

Thanks we found her,by dog unfortunately, she survived the night under a very branched bush. We very happy to have her home almost unharmed as I assumed she had gone into our feild and we would never see her again. Unfortunately one died last night. The other badly injured one is drinking little and not eating is there anything I can do to help her eat, and her eylids are shut and she manahes to open them about half way, how bad is this?

I'm glad you found the missing one. The other may be getting over being in shock. Make sure she continues to drink. you could add some vitamins to the water. Some folks add pedialyte without iron for a boost. The digestive system probably has slowed down so she may not be interested in food for another day or so. You can keep offering her treats to encourage any interest in food.
