Missing feathers that won't grow back?

One on my chickens has feathers that won't grow on her back and neck can someone tell me what it could be from and what to do?

For the back look up chicken saddles. You can buy them readymade or if you are into sewing they are easy to make. To that will protect her back until the feathers come back in. If you have a rooster he could be very fond of this one.
