Missing feathers

Good afternoon.

I just noticed while checking my hens some are missing feathers on their neck. Some more than others and some none at all. I dont see any sign of struggle or blood, and no animal tracks.

Any ideas? Do I have one that found this was a way to become queen bee?

They could be going through a neck molt. Otherwise they could be feather picking each other.
