Missing Feathers

This little Frizzle is losing lots of feathers. It isn’t red or irritated. Is this normal? I put Blu-Kot on her.

She/he is playing, eating, and acting normal and playful. The other Frizzle is not losing any feathers at all.

It looks like it has pasty butt, I would put a warm wet cotton ball on it and clean its rear end up to where it isn't blocked up. Put a smear of Vaseline on its bum to keep it from sticking. The chick may need a protein boost for the feathers, try feeding some plain scrambled eggs room temp, not hot. And yes blukote should keep pecking issues down if there is a pecking problem.
