Missing feathers

I have some hens who are missing feathers and have not grown back. I figured they were molting, but they are still bare skinned. I have been using a lice powder in the bedding after I clean the hen house so I wouldn't think it is lice. Any Ideas?

Where are they missing their feathers? On their backs by their tails? Do you have a rooster? If the answers to these questions is yes, it's rooster rash. It's from the rooster mating. As long as he isn't tearing them up or drawing blood they are okay. If you see blood or he tears them up, separate them from the others or they will pick her to death.
