missing hens

Two of my three hens went MIA,I'm hoping they are on a nest and not eaten!!!!

i would think they have went to setting . just watch and see if you see them off eating in few days . good luck.

My hen went missing two weeks ago. After a few days, she was back and we followed her to a nest of eggs. We checked on her again yesterday, and she is still sitting there. Don't know where she goes to eat because we never see her.

Don't give up on them even if you don't see them for a month. I usually never see my broodies until they show up with keets. Sometimes they never return though. They do get snatched off the nest from time to time.

That's the thing, I keep my birds out at the barn which is not at my home. I got out once a day to feed all the birds. The male guineas and peacocks come up to the barn when they here my car, but I never see the hens come to eat. One has been gone for two weeks and the other about a week. I know I don't spend a lot of time out at the farm so hopefully they will are eating when I'm not there!

Well when i went out this morning the last of my three hens is now missing as well, all I had come up today were my four boys. This gives me more hope that all three are now nesting!
