Missing neck and vent feathers

Any idea what could be going on here? I have a couple of girls missing feathers on their necks and all around their vents. It doesn't look like normal molt and they don't have new pin feathers coming in. Thoughts?

Some can go through a neck molt in spring. Since you have missing feathers around the vents I would suspect feather picking.

What is the treatment method for feather picking?

Feather picking can happen because of boredom, or a protein deficiency. Also if your roosts are too close sometimes birds get plucked from below.

I see a decent size run, but it looks bare. Adding things for birds to get upon, or things to scratch through can help with boredom.

I recommend feeding a ration with 18-20% protein and limiting extras to avoid deficiencies.

There are things like anti pick sprays, and pinless peepers for severe pickers.
