Missing neck feathers

Hi everyone - I have 3 five week old pullets (hopefully) who I've been told are RSL and BSL however the black one seems to be missing some feathers around her neck. Just wondering if anyone knows what causes this and if it's normal.

Normal feather tract pattern. You can see it because she's likely going through a juvenile mini-molt.
