Try to tempt him into pen that you can cover even with netting and place feed inside pen...Then net him or close him into to catch..Drop a towel or sheet over him...

Not my first Rodeo catching Ducks...I have helped on many rescue missions...Although it can be a workout it can go smooth in many situations...Best of luck !

iv done my share of wrangling 4 legged animals it cant be that much harder can it.... o wait he can fly thank you.
