When I came home from work I found my jersey giant (Marge) limping behind my garage. As I came upon her I noticed her tail feathers were missing. So I brought her inside and my daughter and I found that she has an open wound on her back. I’m still trying to figure out what happened. I’ve had a fox issue but I feel like she wouldn’t be here if it was the case But right now I’m just trying to see what I can do to help her.
I had clean the wound and applied antibiotic put gauze on it and wrapped it. Seems like a good amount of blood. But she’s wanting to stand up and I think just uncomfortable with the situation right now. Understandably.
