Hello,

I'm in Mission Viejo CA and was hoping to purchase two hens. I spent time taking care of a friends animals (which included chickens). Loved having the fresh eggs each morning. Thought I would get a few hens. Spent time looking into it and what was needed. Came across your site and found they are illegal in my area. Although the high has a Future Farmer of America program and livestock at the school. I find this odd. Looking for members that are working on change.

Glad you could join the flock! That's such ashame you are unable to keep some hens yet. I hope you are able to get the laws changed so you can get your chicken adventures started. I see you have listed in the laws section, I hope you get some answers and help in getting them changed.
