Mite/lice Treatment

I went out to check each of my hens individually and found some mites pretty bad around her fluffy butt. What is the best treatment for her, and the rest of my flock? I have 13 chickens, and 3 ducks.

Check all of the chickens. Where are you located, you may want to update your profile with location so we have an idea as to weather, supplies, predator situations .... helps us.

If it's freezing there, you may not want to spray but there's a Garden & Poultry Dust (Permethrin) that you can dust their butts & nest boxes. I use it along with Seven 5% which we used in the past but now not recommended for poultry (?).

Main ingredient to look for is Permethrin ... There's a horse spray that comes in a spray bottle ... @Kiki @casportpony @azygous @aart @Eggcessive help here, thank you in advance.

@Kiki Thank you, we don't have that here but there's another "brand" that I keep on hand.

The picture looks more like lice eggs at the base of the feathers. Permethrin dust or spray at 10 day intervals until they are gone would help.
