I have 7 Australorp hens. All of them are laying.
We get 2-4 eggs daily.
Their droppings are watery, but that maybe because of drinking excess water due to hot weather.
Most of the hens have dirty looking vent feathers, especially 2 of them. (Last 2 pics)
A few look really dirty and they dont have much shine in their feathers. Like, they look broken and damaged.
This one hen has broken feathers right on her back, above her tail, but that maybe because of the rooster. Although, they are really brittle. (4th pic)
A few feathers for some hens look like they have been eaten?
I have checked for lice on their lower areas multiple times, but I have seemed to find no sign or eggs.
While I was checking this one hen, she had a few spots or ulcer looking a few dots. They look a lot more irritated and red in real life. (1st, 2nd, 3rd pic)
I have been giving them garlic and apple cider vinegar water for 3 days as I have heard that mites/lice don't like the taste of garlic.
Their coop also has a lot of broken feathers and I pick them out to discard them.
I don't know if this is relevant, but in our soil we have termites. Including their coop.

It could be something like feather mites that make the feathers appear dull and damaged. There also may be feather picking happening, and that can be from overcrowding, too little protein in the diet, or boredom if they do not get outside to move about. Mites may be treated with permethrin or pyrethroids, and some other products in other countries. Ivermectin may be needed to treat feather mites. Here is some reading about mites and lice:

They are actually not overcrowded and have plenty of space to move around. 3 out of 7 hens are actually really fluffy and soft.

I can't really see any mites or lice eggs on them. Black spots are supposed to be seen on the eggs or inside the coop right? But I can't see any.

The temperature is extremely hot here. More than 120⁰F. That maybe the cause of few eggs.
