Mites lice: I spray my chickens with psp elector.

I have 3 chickens that get this on their bum and I try cleaning /soaking off with elector psp and towels. I can't get it completely off does anyone know what this is and how to get it off?

Looks like it could be caked fecal matter. Is this below the vent? If so I would try using baby shampoo to loosen it up.

That is what it looks like. I have 5 other chickens that this doesn't happen to.

Those are mite eggs. The elector psp should kill them.
I'd just leave them alone and the eggs should fall off with time.
