I was looking at one of my chickens today, and I found these little black spots all over her ( there where more of them near her feather shafts) I saw them in daylight, so I thought it couldn't be mites.
Does Poultry Protector work? It doesn't look like an infestastion, So i thought it might work.
I also thought that SEVIN dust isn't good for chickens or me.
What else would work? Please help! I have never had lice/mites before so I didn't think I had to worry. The chicken with the most of them has missing feathers near her vent. Does that have anything to do with them?
