Mites on 4 week old peachick

Noticed a mite???? slightly red colored????? near its eyelid.......what do I treat with????

I'd dust in in DE or Poultry Dust for ones that young.

Thanks for your advice!!!!! Stopped and purchased, but chick dead when I got home!!!!!
