Mites on Broody Hen

I have a hen sitting 8 eggs and Yesterday I found that we have mites In the coop. Can I dust/spray her and the eggs or do I have to call it a loss and have her start over. She is lovingly known as Broody McAdditudey because hell or high water she will hatch a set every year.

I would dust her. Mites can debilitate a setting hen to the point that she dies.
