Mites or molting?

Hi all, my buff Brahma Kernel is losing feathers on her head and neck but nobody else is. Not even the other BB. Does it look to you like molting?mites? Are the other chickens bullying her? Thanks for advice! I’ve included a pic of Fancy Feet our other BB for comparison.

Oh good! Thank you so much!! She hurt her foot a few months ago and I’m always worried that life is tougher for her already even though she recovered because she still runs with a bit of a limp.
