Mites or scabs

My chicken got attacked by the neighbors dog last week, she made it and I treated her wounds with vetericyn. This morning I went to check how she was healing up and saw this. Is this scabbing or a bad mite infestation? I just sprayed everyone down with elector psp about a week ago as well.

Thank you for your reply that puts my mind at ease.
Unfortunately because we live in the country people think it’s fine to let their dogs offleash, trained or not they’re animals and some have a higher prey drive than others. My neighbor was right there to stop it (out for a walk) and apologized profusely offered to pay vet bills etc I said no worries as long as they leash their dog moving forward. I understand accidents happen, but it could’ve been avoided which is frustrating.
