Do you have a rooster?
How much space do you have for roosting and in your run?

To me it looks more like a pecking injury. You can apply some BluKote or triple antibiotic ointment to the comb.

Watch to see if any other chickens are picking/pecking at her comb, during meal/treat time or when jostling for roosting positions at night. If you have a rooster, that would explain the larger area at the back of the comb - but sometimes another hen could cause a place on the comb like that as well.
