Mites ?

First time chicken owner

Recently noticed that one of my hens is missing feathers on her belly. After some research I thought she may have been going broody . I looked at her a little closer this evening with a flashlight and noticed something crawling near her neck. It was very small and almost clear or white looking.
If its mites , how do I get rid of them ?

They have plenty of area to dust bath.

Besides the one on her neck, do you see any around her vent, or wings?

If they are lighter in color you're likely seeing lice. For lice, you can dust/spray down the bird with a permethrin based spray or dust, focusing mainly under the wings, vent, and neck. Spray down the bedding, all the perches, walls, and clean out all bedding. Repeat the process in ten days to kill any eggs not affected by the treatment.
