Mites!

Hi there!
So, I just discovered that two of chickens have lice (or mites, I can’t tell the difference) it seems that it’s pretty recent as I haven’t seen any eggs and they are only visible in one part of her crop.

What treatment do you have recommend me? I’ve been reading online but there’s a lot of talk about the toxic solutions so thought of asking what do you guys recommend for inside the coop and for treating them on my chickens?

I use powdered permethrin also known as poultry dust.

I actually just looked it up and seems that is Poultry lice and not mites. Will that treatment you’ve recommended work for that too?

Yep,I actually had lice not mites (on the chickens)
