Mites?

Ok so a few of my hens had poopie butt and now have bald patches around their vents. I checked my BR last night and her skin is very dry craked and bumpy. I didnt see anything though. Is this mites? Also would mites make it easier for their feathers to fall out? I am blaming the rooster, but I am wondering if mites are causing the feather loss.

I am not sure if it is mites on your birds, but could be feather eating mites. Rooster damage is generally along the back and wing area - not around the vent area.
