My chickens keep gnawing at their feathes and skin by turning their heads around and digging in. They are about 2 months old. Should i be concerned?

My little yellow horse chicken, it slept standing up through its last 5 weeks, past away a couple of weeks ago. It had a major curve in it's top beak and couldn't eat well so it's probably best she's dead.
