Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :) Check the vent area for any bugs crawling around and look for large clumps of mite eggs at the base of the feathers. Mites are pretty easy to spot.

Hens often peck out another hen's vent feathers too. You might want to keep an eye on them.
Hello and Welcome to BYC!
x2 on the advice above!

They do fight over the nest so I tried to put fake eggs in different spots but they moved the eggs back to the one nest they all fight over

As weeks went past she has got white stuff on her butt I can't tell if it's from feathers or mites

Mites are not white, they look like brown/black dots. White cottony stuff at base of feathers can be lice. Could be new pin feathers coming in?

If you could post a pic it would help get better opines.

Ok I can't post it today but I will try to soon it is all over the vent and there is no feathers from her mid back to the butt since it has rained every day for the last month everything is flooded and muddy so her butt does have brown and black stuff on it butt it could be mites or mud I gave her a bath but it all came back the next day I don't no I m really scared because she's been not eating and flying as she usually does
