mix hatch of ducks, turkey, and chicks

Have a bit of a dilema. Only 1 of the 6 turkey eggs fully developed and I don't want to brood the turk alone. It is a royal palm btw. Can I feed a lower percentage feed to the turkey being that he is a smaller heritage breed or mix the turkey starter with the chick starter to get a 24% starter and feed it to everybody? I am sure the higher protein would be fine for the ducks, but not sure how it would do with the chicks or if this turkey hatchling really needs the full 28% starter.

Our turkey (Royal Palm and Blue Slate), peacock, and chicken babies are currently eating a 21% starter, since that is what I can find. Everyone seems to be doing fine.
