We got our girls March 28, 2021.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
6 chicks

2 Black Australorps, 2 Buff Orpingtons, 1 Barred Rock, 1 Welsummer
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
We are looking forward to having a friendly flock as pets first, with a bonus supply of eggs.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Reading, Video Games, anything Disney
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I live with my boyfriend, 2 cats, 1 dog, and have a parrot "older brother." Birds are my favorite animals. My boyfriend's parents built a chicken coop for us for Christmas.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
An internet search initially, but joined after coworkers confirmed what a useful site it is.
