Guy working there said they came from Mount Healthy hatchery. Never heard of it. lol

The white chicks and the gray and white all have feathered feet. One of the white chicks has 5 toes, the rest have 4. The all black chick has black (dark grey?) legs. The 2 big chicks in there are 2 week old red sexlinks. Is it safe to keep them together or should I separate them? They've been together for about an hour and seem to be fine together. The big chicks seem to be a little confused by the little ones hiding underneath them, but haven't been pecking at them or anything. Thanks!

Yay! Thanks! I was hoping for at least 1 silkie. I wasn't planning on getting any "mixed" chicks, or bantams, so I didn't research what they looked like before I went out there. But the banties are so so cute!

Haha, ya, I think those chicks you have are ADORABLE!

And maybe the silkie is a mix, I'm not sure if it is or not.

No, the "mixed" means they are all (hatchery quality) purebreeds, but all thrown together in 1 barrel, so unless you know what you're looking for, you don't know what you're getting.

Gorgeous!!! I have to save room in the coop for egg layers since I can only have so many in the city but when I move, I'm sooooo getting silkies!!! They're not good layers are they? Lol

OK, after searching google, I think I have 2 black or mottled cochins, 1 white cochin?, not so sure the 5 toed white one is a silkie. Don't silkies have black/gray beaks and legs???

I still have absolutely no idea on the little chipmunk one or the all black one. Any ideas?
