mixed batch shipped and layed

Saturday, I set 11 shipped and 8 from my yard.
I let the shipped eggs set for about 16 hours. I kinda took an average of what folks recommended.
5 Cinnamon Queen
4 Silver Laced Wydette
2 Dominique

Pleased to share, I quickly candled this afternoon and 7 of the shipped eggs show veining! I briefly put the light on to of each to keep from moving them.
I know it is early, but I am very encouraged.

Thanks! I as well. People don't give enough warning to just how addicting baby chicks and ducklings are..... Especially when you let every hen who goes broody to try hatching eggs.
