They came from a feral population. I am trying to re-home them but may need to place them back in the wild? I am solely talking about the white birds. I know what the rest of mine are. I have a total of 24 chickens of all ages and am only considered with these two since I took them in to be of service. The sexing is right on, I thought the same thing. Not only do they have characteristics of a cockerel and pullet their behaviors are in-line too. Thanks for the feedback. They are all funny lookin at this age, so it can be hard to pin point. Sexlinks are big here in Hawaii but they don't have any red characteristics. Sussex is good idea, but I don't know how they are in the wild. I guess I'll never know since I wasn't there.
