These 14 our from our 2nd hatch. They are roughly 7 weeks old. Some cockerels are pretty easy to point out, others not so much. Guesses?

I also have another thread that asks about this Dominique from Meyer..

8 weeks old

Wow. I'm about with you. Its hard to tell a lot of them apart and a whole lot of them look like they are roosters. 5, 7, and 8 look like they could be pullets.
They are all gorgeous chickens!

Best off luck!

Thank you. =)

There were quite a few black ones, the only way we could be sure we didn't get pictures of the same one was to make sure we put them in the coop after.

They do look similar! I have trouble with my own chickens, especially my leghorns and red stars

. But I meant it was hard to tell the males from the females.

Here is our EE hen, Eagle

Here is who I can only assume is her daughter, crossed with a Barred Rock (she is a favorite of a teen rooster we are going to get rid of soon, that's why she's going bald)

Oh yes, that too! Some were obvious, others not to much.. We have leg bands on all the mothers and fathers.. Def helps.

What a beautiful girls! We don't have an Eagle, but we do have an EE that is darker named Hawk.

Please share what the barred girl looks like when she gets her feathers back, bet she's a real beauty with them.
