Mixed pen... What works with Silkies?

My daughter has inherited my love of chickens and is now the proud owner of two Silkies. Any other calm breeds that would work as housemates for Silkies and sweet enough for a timid six year old?

I have d'Uccles in with my silkies, they are really docile too!!

Frizzles/Cochins would be great too! Very calm and sweet, plus you can make Sizzles!

My Silkie roo and 4 Silkie hens share a coop with my 6 Buff Orpington hens, a young Cochin roo, and a young pair of Welsummers. They get along just fine.
