By the time they are 4 weeks old it is very obvious who the roos are

Don't doubt that. I'm just saying all my leghorns pullets are the same age and still pale yellow.

I appreciate the help and insight. This was a very interesting thread. Fun when they are a bit challenging. I am going to get both of the birds and I can post some updated photos when I have them.
I should add that the seller also had several other birds, that were clearly cockerels, of the same age but not necessarily the same mixes.

Good luck!! I'm excited to see!! I say 1 and 1 on the sex part but im notorious for getting 5 out of 6 sexed birds that are roos That blue is going to be gorgeous!

Thanks! They both have the dark eyes of the Silverudd father. Can't wait to see them in person.
