My broody turkey hens are fierce. I always use a stick to get them off the nest to remove the eggs. I can't imagine how much more they are with babies to protect.She almost attacked my husband when he got close to them

Lol yea I noticed that with the first ones I hatchedOh my.I just set some under my broody bantams. Turkey poults are fun because they look to you to teach them, so they are friendlier than chicks. You will need to show them food for the first week by taping and peeping until they get the hang of it.
