Hello to all!

I am thinking to cut down costs, can i put adult quails in my brooder with day old chickens? my brooder is 8x8 foot. around the edge high summer it is about 65F. would love to hear your thoughts on this subject! will not try until someone else has or will haha.

I'm pretty sure the quail will kill the chickens in pretty short order.

On top of that you should never mix chickens and quail. There's lots of discussion on that subject

in an active thread on this forum.

A lot of people don't realize that besides that chicken would kill the quail, there are diseases that chickens can carry that will kill a quail.
