Mixing chickens sizes

So I have a smallish silkie hen and my other bantams attack to the point of blood and it is horrific. I want to move her to my other flock but they are big birds with the cockerel being quite big, he's a La Poule Noire D'Alsace. Would he squish her when mating? What should I do really? Thanks for your help!

She will very likely be treated worse by the large birds.

So I take it I shouldn't put her with them?
