I have a few different flocks with a few different kinds of chickens. The two types of chickens I'm focusing on in particular are my Wyandotte and my Old English Game chickens. Their eggs are quite a bit different in size but I wanted to hatch just one, maybe two Old English, and the rest to be Wyandotte eggs. I'm not mixing the chickens, I have a pen of Old English, and a mixed flock pen with a polish rooster and a Wyandotte hen.
I have an incubator, which I would prefer, and a broody hen that I could use to hatch with. If I used my Cochin hen, they would only stay with her until near hatching point, then moved to the incubator.
So to my actual question...
would it be smart to hatch eggs with such a big difference in size in the same incubator with auto-turn
