Has anybody mixed three different types of eggs to hatch?
I have
4-Turkey
6-Pheasant
10-Duck
eggs being sent to me and I was hoping to incubate them together.
Can I set the temp and humidity right down the middle of the three.
Any helps appreciated

I must admit, this is the first time this forum has not helped me in a pinch

The eggs came in yesterday and the temperture is not a problem but the humidity requirements are very different.
Turkey 60%
and the Ducks and Pheasants about 75%

I am affraid that if I have the humidity too high the turkeys will drownd and if it is too low the ducks will dry out and stick to the shell or something.

I am really surprised that nobody was abe to help.
I always promote this site on the Self-Sufficient Homesteasd show as the place to go for any advice and help.

I will just set the humidity to about 68% and hope it works out fine.

Most of the people here deal mostly with chickens and would rather not say anything than give bad advice

I am trying goose eggs for the first time right now along with my chicken eggs and have the temp and humidity set for the chicken eggs. I wont be able to say if it works okay until the 18th though. Also, you may want to post this question under the game bird headings where more people who deal with those types of bird post on a regular basis. Good luck with your hatch.

Thanks for responding, I thought this was the most appropriate section by the title, but I guess I can post it in the game bird section?

I don't see much of a problem with it, except that Waterfowl need higher humidity. I don't know how well that will work out, as its not recommended that humidity be in the 70's when the chicks are hatching. You may end up with some drowned eggs in the worst case scenario.
