MMM gender?

Picked up 12 MMMs (midnight majesty marans) a few weeks back but struggling to sex these (we normally hatch our own but I wanted to see how the eggs would be with the production marans cross) I know the Cockrells of these would be barred but the white face is throwing me for a loop and a touch of white feathering under the wing, mind you these were purchased as pullets. Any ideas y'all?
