The coop is about 6x7', the run is maybe about 1.5 times the coop, Id have to go take real measurements, but from eyeballing Id say thats about what it is. The design of the run is L shaped. Let me see if I have any good pics to upload. And we have 5 hens and one rooster.

‘Going to roost’ time is the worst part of the day if there are bossy hens within your flock.

I may help if you can add a screen and a roost in the coop, in way the bullies don’t see Henny Penny when she goes inside on a roost near the pop door. She is probably wise enough to accept this roost as hers. Make it a bit lower than the other roost to prevent that Locita takes over.

Dividing a piece of the coop completely with a second pop door is a next step you can take if the extra space and not seeing Henny penny go in doesn’t work.

I think your flock would benefit by expanding their run and adding more things in there for them to do. Like stumps, old wood chairs or stools, branches attached to the corners of the run and some dry organic matter for them to scratch around through. That can be piles of dried up leaves, wood chips, pine needles or whatever you have around that's readily available. There's really nothing for them to do in there.
