mod appreciation day/week

Does anyone agree with me on this? The mods do so much so we can enjoy BYC. It might be hard, but we should try. If this is a bad idea please tell me. I have ideas but I won't share them until some ppl (especially some mods and Nifty) say it a good idea.

Seriously, it is a thankless job to mod a forum like this. You are right about that. While modding can get a tad draconian at times, I know there are overall good reasons for it.

To be the one who makes these decisions is always going to be a job with few perks and even less appreciation.
We should tip our hats to those folks with the courage to do it; without feedback, without reward.

Maybe the mods should take a day off. LOL bad idea this place would be hectic. wow i answer myself.

The mods could take a day off and any inapropriate behavior would get you immediatly suspended. It would be a little hard but maybe if all of BYC helps we can make it happen. The mods deserve some appreciation. The administrators are great too.

Nawww, not you GF. Seriously, I was a mod at an eZboard back in the day, and that was my forced exit... because I was drunk banning.

Needless to say, I'm not a drinker anymore.
