Yup, Reinbeau is correct! We've been working to add a report button to chat, but in the meantime you can click the report button on ANY post in the forum and send us the following:

1) A brief statement about what is happening
2) Copies of the problem chat (including the peeps involved, time of posts, problem text, etc.) Don't copy / paste the entire chat screen into the report... just the parts that are a problem.

When you use the report link (again, on any thread) the staff will all be alerted and can have details about the situation so we can look into it.
