Modern games have a massive nest

My two modern games have the largest nest ever! They both layed under my lawn mower and share the nest! Is this normal.???

I have seen broody hens share a nest on occasion, and I know that hens can go off to some strange places to nest. I guess they just kept finding more and more nesting material to add under there, so they ended up with a massive nest.

If you actually want to use your lawn mower, you may have to relocate their nest. But I suppose they could provide you with a good excuse not to mow for 21 days until the chicks hatch.
