She smiled in return, tossing her forelock out of her eyes in back into the center of her head, revealing her deep chocolate brown eyes. "I was actually born here, in SkyHerd" replied Pheobe. "It's a fairly nice place. Things grow plentiful and most horses have been kind to me. And about the other two herds...I'm not too sure about WindHerd, but I've heard so many bad things about AuroraHerd that it can't be good. The stallions abuse their mares and force them to have foals 24/7 and will kill any other non-established stallion within the territory." The young mare shook her head in disgust, her light buckskin fur brightening against the setting sun, and her mane wavering slightly in the breeze. She turned her slightly concaved head towards Adam and smiled warmly, nickering silently in response.
