Maple stood in the waterhole, the sun gleaming on her smooth pelt in delicate ribbons of golden. Her silken ivory mane had grown to an impressive length, her slender body now held the proud carriage typical of Arabian horses. Something changed about her; her mindset was no longer so childish and full of folly, and she was now thinking and feeling more maturely.
