With a startled whinny, Remus charged forwards and dragged Claire back from the other horses. Slowly, teeth sunk into her shirt, he picked her up in the air so that her feet were above the ground. A feisty human foal, that was for sure! Yet she was only going to end up hurting herself.

Quickly, Remus backed away, still holding the girl out of immediate reach of the other horses.
