Breathing heavily, Yang reached the Water Hole and jumped into it. She reared up and set her front hooves on the edge, back legs running through water.

Pheobe stopped dead in her tracks when she reached the water. She dipped her hoof in for a second and shivered, quickly removing it. The filly didn't know what to do or how to swim.

Maple gracelessly flopped in and enjoyed the waves as they washed across her sppeckled body.

Pheobe cocked her head as the cool water splashed all over it. She was still confused on how to swim.
