Moisture on eggs

Ok. I need to add a sponge or paper towel to incubator to raise humidity. Is it a problem if it slightly touches an egg or two?

I've never had that problem. It would probably be best if they weren't touching the sponge. Hopefully someone else will read this and will be able to give you a better answer.
