Molasses mixed with oats as a treat?

Is it ok to give my layers molasses mixed with oats as a treat?

Molasses can give them the runs, straight oats is fine. You can even use the oats as a topping for yogurt-mine love it!

I give mine almost everything. I have never given them molasses.
